Poké-Commissions

What is a Commission?

A commission is when you, the Client, approaches me, the Artist, for a paid artwork (digitally or traditionally on paper/medium) created strictly for your personal use. Currently, I am not accepting digital commissions. All commissions are strictly Poké-related.

What are the Terms & Conditions?

  • 50% of the fees must be paid up front to confirm your slot and placed into queue.
  • Initial sketch will be delivered within the first week when your turn in the queue is reached.
  • Sketches allow up to THREE edits free-of-charge. Any further changes after the initial three will incur ADDITIONAL FEES.
  • Once the art has been confirmed, Artist will start on work and notify Client of completion. Final amount (which may include shipping/postage) will need to be paid before Client receives work.

Failure to comply with ANY of the above will result in NO REFUND or NO SERVICE RENDERED for Client.

Can I cancel my commission at any time? Or can I get refunded if I'm not happy with the commission / don't want it anymore?

If the initial 50% was paid BUT Artist (me) has not started any sketch, you may cancel and get your refund.

If the Artist (me) has already shown you the sketches, you are allowed to cancel, but you will *not* be refunded the 50% paid as that covers the sketching time I spent.

If 100% has been paid, and you realise you're not happy with the work, I'm not legally required to refund anything - I will still send you the work as the fees cover my time spent crafting what was agreed upon.

How will I receive my commissioned work?

Physical card: as I am purely focusing on painted cards, they will be slotted into toploaders and shipped with padded foam in a box. Subjected to shipping costs as well.

Can I send the work for reprints and re-sales?

Absolutely not. You may scan to keep the card digitally for your own purpose, but not for resales. At this point, there are no opening for corporate commissions.
