WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

I ship from sunny little Singapore! And we can ship to most countries in the world :)

SHIPPING COSTS?

I ship only by padded mailer with tracking.

From $4 (NinjaVan)

Int'l:
Depends on Zones. Starts from $15 and up. I currently do not ship to Germany. If you're from the US, please contact me first!

All prices are in SGD.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

Depending on your item, it takes about 3 to 5 processing days.

Local shipping takes about another 3 to 5 working days,
International shipping takes about 3 to 5 weeks.

WHY DO I NEED TO WAIT LONGER FOR CUSTOMISED ITEMS?

Because that's what it is: I have to customise it! Customisation or personalisation items will take longer to get your name or request on the item!

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS MISSING OR DAMAGED?

I cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged packages: I take video evidence of dropping your nice, clean order at the post office! :)

DO YOU DO COMMISSIONS?

Yes, commissions remain open due to the fact that there is a waiting list. Check with me if you can afford the wait and pay a deposit to confirm your line in the list :)

CAN I CONTACT YOU DIRECTLY TO ORDER?

If you are from Singapore, yes! You can even Telegram me directly @n2y88. For everyone else... that's why I built this website  🤣

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT'S BEEN CONFIRMED?

If the item has not been shipped out yet, please reach to me via email or Telegram so that I can attempt a refund. 
Legally, if the item has been shipped out, you cannot cancel nor ask for refund.
